Typingvania is a typing game with a focus on variety and accuracy where you type real text tailored to your current skill.
Development started in January 2024 and the planned release date is later in 2024.
Key features:
- Offline and standalone, will be on Steam.
- Type real text from a real book with all the flowery and evocative language, not the same 2,000 most common words or random quotes. The first book will be Bram Stoker’s “Dracula.”
- Start with simple, most frequent words and gradually progress to full sentences with numbers, capitals and punctuation—all tailored to your current typing skill level (accuracy and speed of each key). No randomness, the purpose of the game is to help you type faster.
- There are no timers or mechanics that force you to type as fast as you can. Speed comes with accuracy and the game will gently push you to be 100% accurate.
- Review statistics and watch your typing speed and accuracy improve!
